Our Journey

2018
The Beginning

Cigiri Wabiru was founded by a group of experienced agricultural professionals who recognized the growing need for practical farming education in Sarawak. Started with a modest 1-acre demonstration farm and 25 inaugural students in our first Organic Vegetable Farming program.

2019
Expanding Programs

Launched Aquaculture and Poultry & Livestock programs based on strong student demand. Expanded demonstration farm to 3 acres, adding fish ponds and poultry housing. First cohort of graduates began establishing their own farms with impressive success rates.

2020
Recognition & Growth

Received official accreditation from Sarawak State Agricultural Department. Enrolled 180 students across all programs. Established alumni association to support graduate networking and knowledge sharing. Our students began winning awards at regional agricultural competitions.

2021
Technological Integration

Introduced Modern Farming Technology program, incorporating IoT sensors, automated irrigation systems, and precision agriculture techniques. Partnered with leading agricultural technology companies to provide students access to cutting-edge equipment and training.

Community Impact
