Welcome to Cigiri Wabiru Training Center. These Terms of Service govern your enrollment and participation in our agricultural training programs. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Pay required fees according to the payment schedule
  • Meet any specific program prerequisites

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate participation for any violation of these terms.

2. Payment Terms

Program fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash payments at our facility. Late payments may result in suspension from classes until account is current.

Refund policies vary by program length and are detailed in your enrollment agreement. Generally, refunds are available within 7 days of program start with a processing fee.

3. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is required for program completion and certification. Students must:

  • Attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions
  • Participate actively in hands-on training activities
  • Complete all required assignments and assessments
  • Follow safety protocols during practical sessions

4. Code of Conduct

All students must maintain professional behavior and respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Disruptive behavior during classes
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Damage to training facilities or equipment
  • Use of alcohol or illegal substances on premises

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations, are proprietary to Cigiri Wabiru Training Center. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

6. Certification and Completion

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements. Certificates are not transferable and replacement fees apply for lost certificates. We do not guarantee employment or business success following program completion.

7. Liability and Safety

While we maintain comprehensive safety protocols, agricultural training involves inherent risks. Students participate at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines. We carry liability insurance but students are encouraged to maintain their own coverage.

8. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or instructors as necessary. Students will be notified of significant changes in advance. In case of program cancellation, full refunds will be provided.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Student information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We may use success stories and testimonials for marketing purposes with student consent. Photos or videos taken during training may be used for promotional materials unless students opt out.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under Malaysian law. The jurisdiction for legal matters is Kuching, Sarawak.
